The fact is, not everyone accepts your 'new' definition of violence, many of us liberals (by the true meaning of the word) still think Mill's definition is the most valid. Furthermore, many of us reject critical theory altogether, which means that we would not accept the 'new' definition of violence, or the idea of 'structural violence' at all.
