Re hate - I meant hating existing ideas and institutions. Like hating marriage, family, objectivity, the marketplace of ideas and so on. This is unhealthy.

Re violence - most cultural systemists don't get to this level, but some extremists clearly do.

Re 'counter movement of oppression' - I never said that. What I am more worried about is a movement to destroy all existing things, including the good things. And the lack of freedom of thought that results from a lack of free speech, due to speech being 'oppressive' etc.

Liberalism has led to a reduction in racism, homophobia etc. over the past century. Why can't we just continue to be liberal? We don't need cultural systemism. Just stay liberal.
