Let's be fair to Jenner, agree with her or not.

1) She is facing lots of transphobia from the religious right, and we can't be okay with that. We need to make sure the religious right does not get what they want, by making sure she gets a fair and dignified run.

2) She did withdraw support for Trump in 2018, and we have to give her credit for that at least.

3) Her comments about DAs might be technically wrong, but there are very real concerns about the SF DA. A simple Google search would reveal this. If I lived in SF right now, I would fear for the safety of my city, frankly. So while Jenner was wrong to accuse Newsom, she did shine a light on an important matter.
