I notice that the use of 'LGB' here has confused many people. It seems the usage of 'LGB' in this context (to deliberately mean something different from LGBTQ) is specific to the UK, which seems to be the only country in the world with a very substantial number of people who support gay rights but are vehemently opposed to trans rights. Outside of Britain, however, this demographic is small and insignificant. (In America, Australia and Africa alike, opposition to LGBTQ is usually a whole package.)
