I don't buy the talk that FL (or OH for that matter) are now 'red'. It's probably an excuse from the socialist wing of the Democrats to get the party to drop these states from its strategy, so it can move left.

In truth, it's the Democrats' responsibility to keep being competitive in these battlegrounds. They can do so by refusing to move left.

Hillary was way too left wing for the electorate's comfort, and they are still paying for it. Besides, AOC is bad for their brand too. Biden, on the other hand, seems to have helped. They should stick with people like Biden going forward.
