I am not a libertarian immediatist, like Republican-style libertarianism. I am for practical liberty in the here and now (hence it’s a ‘liberal libertarianism’). For me, libertarianism is an eventual ideal destination for society, and with that ideal in mind we can better stick to liberalism and avoid things like compromising on free speech or dividing people into identity groups.
It means I certainly have no problems with taxing rich people for now, if it means people get a UBI. Instead, my libertarianism would be focused on things like free speech in the here and now.
