I am a liberal and you are a leftist, but I think we can agree that, in the face of McConnell playing dirty, everyone should demand the Democrats take a tougher line. For example, I think if Trump rushes through a judge, rank and file Democrats should relentlessly pressure Biden to pack the courts (and drop any pretense of bipartisanism on this issue) if he wins. That would be the least to demand.
