I acknowledge that empiricism has its limits, but we still need a good dose of objectivity and objective evidence to do anything useful. The problem with critical methods is that they are not objective enough.

As for people who don't even acknowledge that racism exists, critical methods are just going to vindicate their views even more (that people who say racism exists are biased, etc.)
