Good points about how the GOP only needs to gain a relatively small increase in the black and Hispanic vote to secure victory. I think you should also consider other predominantly Democratic groups in this manner, i.e. young people (60%+ Dem) and LGBT (80%+ Dem).

In fact, the brand of ‘wokeness’ associated with the current Democratic party could at least marginally hurt them among these groups. For example, many young men remain skeptical of ‘intersectional feminism’, and many LGBT people don’t want so much public attention. Failure to tone down ‘wokeness’ may ironically deliver victory to Trump, not because of Trump further increasing the rural and older white male vote, but because it will deliver a significant slice of some of the aforementioned Dem groups to Trump.
