Bernie himself was good I think. The problem was who he surrounded himself with. There were many postmodern-critical types there. Perhaps he had no choice. But they ruined his campaign.

Back then, I thought Tulsi was better, because she didn't surround herself with those people. But nowadays, she seems to be too friendly to the opposite extreme of the culture war, which isn't good either.

Someone like Tulsi circa 2019 was probably the best.
