As a trans woman, I believe that 'trans women are women', but as a Moral Libertarian, I don't demand everyone else believe the same. All I ask is 1) you respect that I see things this way; 2) you allow me the space I need to live my life. Live and let live.

As for the accommodation issues you raised, there are real issues there that need to be worked out, and what is needed is a good faith discussion from all sides, and a willingness to make compromises. The fact that I believe 'trans women are women' doesn't stop me from acknowledging those issues at all.
